CPBO and PBI assemble and work with representatives from legal departments and law firms to serve as thought leaders and emissaries on important issues that impact the growth of in-house pro bono.  CPBO and PBI are working on several task force initiatives.

• Corporate Task Force on Global Pro Bono: identifies obstacles and best practices to in-house pro bono around the world.
• Task Force on Pro Bono Measurement and Metrics: tests and develops effective tools for qualitative and quantitative measurement and assessment of pro bono.
• Multijurisdictional Practice Task Force: develops strategies and resources to advocate for changes to state practice rules that limit in-house pro bono.
