The result was the Teach[in], which was held at LinkedIn’s Mountain View, Calif., headquarters in June 2013. It was, Rottenberg says, a full work day that the online professional networking company sponsored and planned for the purpose of developing closer relationships with its strategic legal partners.
The purposes of Teach[in], Rottenberg says, were ‘to steep them in the Company’s business, to ensure that they all understand our key initiatives, to build connective tissue, to brainstorm ideas about a sustainable pro bono model for the company and its counsel, and to have a little fun.'”
